Messages sent to and from your deployed agent are processed by the third-party AI model provider you select. We may temporarily store conversation metadata (such as message counts and timestamps) to operate the Service and track usage. We do not use conversation content for AI model training or marketing purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
