1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TryClaw (“the Service”) at tryclaw.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

TryClaw provides a managed hosting platform that enables users to deploy AI agents powered by OpenClaw. The Service handles infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and ongoing management so users can connect AI models to messaging platforms such as Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Slack without technical setup.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

Accounts are created through third-party authentication providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

  • The Service operates on a subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • We may adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages through deployed agents
  • Generate, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Service

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

7. Third-Party AI Models and Providers

The Service integrates with third-party AI model providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Meta, and others. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs. Your use of these models is additionally governed by each provider's own terms of service and acceptable use policies.

8. Intellectual Property

TryClaw owns all rights to the platform's design, code, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the content you create and the configurations you build, but you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect the Service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TryClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TryClaw and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
